VeniXtus QMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VeniXtus QMS website and web application (together, the "Service"), provided by VENIXTUS (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You may use the Service only in line with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including audit records, findings, CAPA actions, risk assessments and any personal information of employees, suppliers or customers that you choose to capture, and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

2. Free trial

We offer a 30-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start. We may change or end the free trial offer at any time.

3. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you enter. We do not claim ownership of your records, documents or other workspace content. You remain responsible for keeping any copies of your records that you need for your own compliance purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any law or regulation
• Upload malicious code or try to disrupt the Service
• Try to reach other users' data or systems without permission
• Infringe the rights of others

5. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR), excluding VAT unless stated. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

6. Compliance disclaimer

VeniXtus QMS is a tool that helps you manage quality, safety, health, environmental and compliance records. It is not legal, regulatory or certification advice, and using it does not guarantee compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025, BRCGS, HACCP, the OHS Act 85 of 1993, SAHPRA requirements or any other standard or regulation. The Service records who approved what and when; it does not decide whether a design is safe, a test was adequate or a regulatory report is required. You remain responsible for your organisation's compliance obligations.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Some features, including approvals and other checks done on the server, need an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VENIXTUS (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be shown by updating the "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
